1. International Shipping Process
USpree provides structured cross-border shipping from the United States to Bangladesh.
Our service includes:
• Purchasing from official U.S. retailers
• Shipping to our Delaware (tax-free) warehouse
• International cargo coordination
• Customs processing in Bangladesh
• Nationwide courier delivery
Estimated delivery time: 15–30 days after shipment departure from the United States.
Delivery timelines may vary due to:
• International cargo schedules
• Customs clearance procedures
• Weather conditions
• Global logistics disruptions
USpree is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our operational control.
2. Final Delivery in Bangladesh
Final delivery is completed through authorized third-party courier partners.
Before dispatch to the courier partner, USpree ensures:
• Secure packaging
• Proper labeling
• Customs coordination
• Shipment verification
Once the shipment is transferred to the courier partner, delivery is handled according to their operational procedures.
Customers must provide accurate delivery information and be available to receive the shipment.
Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in additional courier charges.
3. Shipping Protection & Insurance
Standard Shipping
All shipments are handled carefully and shipped through trusted logistics partners.
However, standard shipping does not include coverage for loss, theft, or damage during transit.
Customers who require additional protection should purchase Optional Shipping Insurance.
Optional Shipping Insurance
Customers may purchase Optional Shipping Insurance during checkout.
Insurance Premium:
5% of the declared product value
Coverage may include:
• Damage during transit
• Loss during shipping
• Theft during transit
Coverage applies only during the shipping process and ends once delivery is confirmed.
Insurance covers the declared product value only. Shipping charges and service fees are not included unless otherwise stated.
Insurance Claims
If Optional Insurance was purchased:
Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.
To submit a claim, customers must provide:
• Notification within 24 hours
• Clear photo or video evidence (for damage cases)
• Proof of declared product value
• Shipment tracking details
Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.
USpree will review claims and coordinate with shipping partners. If approved, compensation may include:
• Reimbursement up to the insured declared value, or
• Product replacement where possible
Final claim decisions depend on documentation and carrier verification.
4. Delivery Inspection
Customers should inspect their package upon delivery.
If Optional Insurance was purchased, any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
If no claim is submitted within the required timeframe, the shipment will be considered successfully delivered and accepted.
5. Restricted Items
To comply with U.S. export regulations, Bangladesh import laws, and courier policies, USpree does not ship the following items:
• Cash, gold bars, or bulk precious metals
• Weapons, ammunition, or explosives
• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Alcohol or tobacco products
• Perishable goods (unless pre-approved)
• Live animals
• Hazardous materials not properly declared
• Counterfeit or replica goods
• Any items prohibited under U.S. or Bangladesh law
USpree reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders containing restricted items.
Customers remain responsible for ensuring their requested products comply with all applicable regulations.
6. Policy Updates
USpree may update or modify this Shipping & Insurance Policy at any time to maintain service quality and regulatory compliance.
Updates will be reflected by revising the “Last Updated” date on this page.
