What can I order?
You can order almost any legal product from official U.S. websites, including electronics, fashion, beauty, accessories, gifts, home items, and business products.
Are there any restricted items?
Yes. Some items cannot be shipped due to airline, safety, or customs regulations. Restricted items may include weapons, illegal products, hazardous materials, flammable items, and other prohibited goods.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping starts at $7.99/lb.
What is included in the total price?
For most orders, pricing is:

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order only before we purchase the product from the official store. In this case, there is no cancellation fee.
Once the product has been purchased, cancellation may not be possible. However:
If the item has been shipped to our warehouse or is at our warehouse (before international shipment), you may still request cancellation.
In such cases, the 10% service fee is non-refundable, and additional fees may apply depending on the situation (e.g., shipping, restocking, or store-related charges).
After the international shipment has been dispatched, cancellation is not applicable.

Do you offer insurance?
Yes, we offer optional insurance protection.
When submitting your request, you can choose to purchase insurance for 5% of the product price (maximum coverage up to $2,000).
Every order includes free built-in insurance up to $100, automatically applied.
Insurance covers damage, loss, and theft during transit from the U.S. to our Dhaka warehouse. After that, delivery in Bangladesh is handled by third-party couriers, so insurance may not apply.

What if there is a problem with my order?
If there is any issue with your order, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
