USpree manages international purchasing, shipping, and customs coordination from the United States to Bangladesh.
Final home delivery within Bangladesh is completed through trusted third-party courier partners to ensure nationwide coverage and reliable last-mile delivery.
This structure allows USpree to maintain efficient logistics while providing delivery services across all regions of Bangladesh.
Courier Handover Process
Before releasing any shipment to a courier partner, USpree ensures that:
• Products are securely packaged
• Shipment details are verified
• Customs processing is completed
• Parcels are properly labeled for delivery
Once the shipment is officially handed over to the courier partner, the delivery process is managed under the courier’s operational procedures.
Delivery Responsibility
USpree remains responsible for the shipment until it is successfully transferred to the authorized courier partner.
After handover:
• Delivery timelines are managed by the courier partner
• Handling and transportation follow the courier’s operational procedures
• Any delay, loss, or damage during local delivery may require courier investigation
USpree will reasonably assist customers by coordinating communication with the courier partner when necessary.
Delivery Issues
If a shipment is delayed, damaged, or lost during local delivery:
• Customers should notify USpree as soon as possible
• If Optional Shipping Insurance was purchased, claims will be processed according to the Insurance Policy
• Any resolution will depend on verification and courier investigation

USpree works only with established and reputable courier partners to ensure dependable delivery services across Bangladesh.
