Transparent Pricing
Our pricing structure is simple and clearly defined:
Product Price + Shipping (per lb) + 10% Service Fee
Most products shipped through USpree do not require customers to pay additional customs or duty fees in Bangladesh.
Additionally, products are routed through Delaware, a U.S. state with no sales tax, which allows many purchases to avoid U.S. sales tax.
For certain high-value electronics such as laptops, desktops, or similar devices, a fixed customs charge may apply. When applicable, this charge is clearly disclosed before purchase so customers do not face unexpected costs upon delivery.
Risk Management & Shipping Protection
To maintain operational efficiency and cost stability, USpree generally operates under a no general return policy.
Customers may purchase Optional Shipping Insurance (5% of declared value) to protect against eligible transit-related risks such as:
• Loss during shipping
• Damage in transit
• Theft during transit
Insurance claims must be submitted within 24 hours after delivery.
Secure Payments
USpree accepts secure payments in BDT, USD, and other supported currencies through trusted and encrypted payment gateways.
The 10% service fee reflects procurement, logistics coordination, and operational management costs and is non-refundable.
